The Payroll Client Specialist is responsible for completing all aspects of the daily payroll functions for their clients within the Payroll Department. This position implements and maintains payroll systems procedures and policies for the company as well as building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
The essential functions for Payroll Client Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:

Complete day to day payroll functions, including but not limited to entering data, running payroll, producing applicable reports

Work with our partners regarding payroll items and issues

Establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a quality service image

Performing other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates for Payroll Client Specialist:

Working knowledge of payroll system

Professional, friendly personality for regular communication with clients

1+ year Payroll processing experience
-
Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
