Position Overview
Deliver exceptional member service, build relationships, and support daily operations in a team-focused environment.
- Monday–Friday schedule (shifts between 7:30am - 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in person, drive-thru, and by phone
- Handle cash and balance teller drawer accurately
- Answer questions and direct members appropriately
- Support online banking and mobile deposits
- Maintain a clean, professional branch environment
- Promote products and services
- Support operational and back-office tasks
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required (banking, finance, or administration)
- 1 year of banking experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and 10-key typing
