Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive check-in experience
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to maintain operational transparency
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the hotel premises to uphold guest safety and property security
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, providing solutions that enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any overnight issues impacting guest comfort or safety
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Previous hotel experience is highly preferred; familiarity with resort settings is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations
