Restaurant General Manager
Tamashii Ramen | Edmond, OK
Tamashii Ramen is growing and operates successful locations in Midtown, Edmond, Norman, and Quail Springs. We are currently looking for a high-volume Restaurant Manager to help lead this new restaurant from opening day forward at our Edmond location.
Our vision at Tamashii is to transport our guests to Japan through authentic ramen, thoughtful service, and attention to detail—creating an experience that feels genuine, welcoming, and memorable from the moment they walk in.
We are a locally owned restaurant group built on culture, consistency, and care. What started as a single restaurant has grown into a fast-moving organization focused on delivering an authentic Japanese dining experience. Our success comes from strong systems — and even stronger people.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, thrives in high-volume environments, and takes pride in running strong shifts and supporting daily operations.
Why This Role Is Special
- High-impact leadership role with real influence on guest experience and team performance
- Hands-on role for leaders who enjoy being present on the floor
- Join a growing restaurant group where managers are trusted, supported, and valued
Our Core Values
Everything we do at Tamashii is guided by these five core values. This role is for someone who truly lives by them:
- Bring Positive Energy – Leads with professionalism, confidence, and solution-focused thinking
- Be Coachable – Open to feedback, always learning, and committed to personal growth
- Treat Others Like V.I.P. – Respects guests, team members, and partners at every level
- Never Be Satisfied – Constantly looks for ways to improve service, systems, and standards
- Have Integrity – Does the right thing, even when no one is watching
If these values resonate with you, you’ll thrive here.
