Sibson Framing is a family-owned framing company specializing in high-end custom homes, structural steel integration, and quality residential construction. Our work includes luxury custom homes, smaller residential homes throughout the Gallatin Valley, Big Sky and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:
- Frame custom homes, residential homes
- Install floor systems, walls, roof systems, and structural components
- Work safely with hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work closely with experienced carpenters and crew leaders
- Help deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Construction or framing experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Helpful (but not required):
- Blueprint reading
- Layout experience
- Structural steel experience
- Forklift operation
- Crane signaling experience
- Roofing or finish carpentry experience
