78002 – Low Acuity
- RN & LVN
- Monday–Saturday
- 6 AM–6 PM
- Up to 72 hours available weekly
78209 – Low Acuity
- LVN ONLY
- Monday–Friday
- 8 AM–5 PM
78220 – Low Acuity
- RN & LVN
- Monday–Friday
- 8 AM–5 PM

✅Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in patient homes
- Administer medications & treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Manage G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators (as needed)
- Educate families on care & safety
- Document using Kantime EMR
- Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
✅ Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN or RN License
- Current BLS (in-person)
- TB test (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- Reliable transportation (travel within 20 miles)
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- Experience preferred—but NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME (Training is provided, Must have active license.)
