Gross Busters is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Cleaning Team Member.
This position offers the opportunity to grow with our company and potentially advance into a Team Lead role as your experience, skills, and responsibilities grow.
Schedule
Our current greatest need is Thursday-Saturday, with additional opportunities Monday-Wednesday as needed.
Hours may increase as our business grows and as you become ready for additional responsibilities. We cannot promise a specific timeline for full-time hours, but there is opportunity for growth for the right person.
What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Team Member, you will:
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to Gross Busters standards
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Follow cleaning checklists, procedures, and company expectations
- Pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Learn our cleaning methods, products, equipment, and systems
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in clients' homes and businesses
- Receive coaching and feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve
- Help provide the level of service our clients have come to expect from Gross Busters
Cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is reliablitiy, work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to do good work.

Transportation & Service Area
Reliable personal transportation is required for this position
Our service area includes:
- Spartanburg County, Sc
- Greenville County, Sc
- Polk County, Nc
As a new Team Member, you will need your own reliable vehicle to travel to various job locations throughout our service area.
You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of current auto insurance.
As your role grows and you take on additional responsibilities, there may be an opportunity to advance into a Team Lead position with the use of a Gross Busters company van.
The company van is a future opportunity as the role develops and is based on performance, reliability, readiness, and business needs.
Future Team Lead Opportunity
We want to develop our leaders from within our team.
As you gain experience, learn our systems and standards, and demonstrate that you're ready for more responsibility, you may have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role.
A future Team Lead may help with:
- Leading cleaning teams
- Keeping jobs organized and on schedule
- Training and assisting newer team members
- Maintaining Gross Busters quality standards
- Communicating with office about job progress and client needs
- Helping ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Taking greater ownership of daily team operations
- Helping troubleshoot issues that arise on jobs
- Operating a Gross Busters company van
Additional responsibilities, increased pay, and company vehicle opportunities will come as the role develops and are based on performance, reliablility, readiness, and business need.
Pay
Starting pay: $15/hour
You will begin at our starting rate while learning our systems, standards, expectations, and the Gross Busters way of doing things.
As your skills, responsibilities, independence, and role within the company grow, y0our pay can grow as well.
