```Duties```
- Evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and emotional conditions to determine their occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to enhance patients' functional independence
- Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and speech therapists, to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and maximizing their independence
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in occupational health, medical imaging, speech therapy, ICU, acute care, or critical care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
