Responsibilities

Maintain the grounds, landscaping, and overall presentation of the estate to a high standard

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction projects

Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, and painting tasks with confidence

Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address issues

Coordinate and manage outside contractors when needed

Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and landscaping machinery

Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance needs and unexpected situations

Assist owners with upkeep of estate as well as other issues that arise.
Qualifications

Experience maintaining residential or estate properties preferred

Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
