Responsibilities

- Lead procurement management activities using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to streamline purchasing processes and automate procurement workflows.
- Manage vendor contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation while fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee sourcing initiatives for manufacturing materials, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Utilize Excel data analysis to monitor procurement performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain automated procurement systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, finance, and legal to ensure seamless contract management and vendor performance evaluation.
Experience
- Proven experience in procurement management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for procurement processes.
- Demonstrated success in vendor contract management, contract negotiation, and direct negotiation procurement strategies.
- Strong background in sourcing, supply chain management, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking KPIs related to procurement performance.
- Familiarity with automated procurement systems and procurement contract management tools.
- Excellent vendor management skills with a focus on building long-term supplier partnerships while controlling costs.
