Now Hiring: RN / LPN – Home Care (Reisterstown, MD 21136)
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to provide one-on-one home care for a medically complex patient. The LPN or RN will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting while ensuring the patient’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Schedule
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- The LPN or RN will provide tracheostomy (trach) care and monitor respiratory status
- The LPN or RN will manage breathing ventilator support and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- The LPN or RN will provide PEG tube care, including feedings and medication administration
- The LPN or RN will administer medications accurately and according to the care plan
- The LPN or RN will assist with repositioning to maintain patient comfort and prevent skin breakdown
- The LPN or RN will monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- The LPN or RN will maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and care provided
- The LPN or RN will communicate effectively with family members and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- The LPN or RN must be able to consistently commit to at least 2 days each week or can do like all 3 days every other weekend
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in applicable state
- Experience with ventilators, trach care, PEG tube care, and medication administration preferred
- The LPN or RN must be dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Current CPR certification required for all LPN and RN candidates
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
