Front of House Team Member (Customer Service & Cashier)

Be the Face of Pudgees.
We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. This isn't just a cashier position—you're the first impression every customer has when they walk through our doors.
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, help them navigate our menu, accurately take orders, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Educate customers on our menu and daily specials.
- Accurately take customer orders and process cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain excellent order accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver food to guests when needed and check that they have everything they need.
- Keep the front of house clean, organized, and inviting.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.
- Help create an outstanding experience for every customer from start to finish.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Remains calm and patient during busy rushes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
- Is proficient in basic math and cash handling.
- Is reliable, dependable, punctual, and accountable.
- Brings a positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
- Can remain on their feet throughout an active shift.
- Must be legal age to sell beer & wine
Previous 1-2 year of restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
