Specialty coffee shop in Artesia looking for an experienced, customer-friendly barista. Must love people and interacting with customers and coworkers.
Craft coffee bar serving:
Coffee + Matcha + Bagels
Priority consideration will be given to experienced baristas.
Starting total compensation is approximately $20.00-21.00 ($17.00 base plus $3-4/ hour in tips.) Raises and room for advancement based on performance, merit, and specialty coffee skills.

Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure each guest feels valued and satisfied.
- Operate POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including handling food items safely.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations.
- Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed to enhance guest experience.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
