Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced commercial installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various fixtures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a blend of technical skills and hands-on experience in multiple areas, including carpentry, electrical work, and remodeling.
Responsibilities
- Install and hang commercial doors according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand and power tools for precise measurements and fittings.
- Perform heavy lifting and ensure proper alignment and functionality of doors.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to meet project deadlines.
- Apply carpentry skills to trim and finish installations, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial door installation and door hanging techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites
- Strong carpentry skills, including trim carpentry and blueprint reading
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with fabrication
- Familiarity with glass installation and welding is a plus
- Electrical experience is beneficial for this role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
