Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. - Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation, estimating, and site management.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize resources and costs.
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and resource allocation; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or issues.
- Facilitate effective project coordination by maintaining detailed records of all activities, change orders, and communications.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Skills
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; adept at cost control and budget management.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts with a solid understanding of civil engineering principles including Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols; hands-on experience on construction sites preferred.
- Expertise in using construction management software like ProCore for documentation, tracking, and collaboration purposes.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with excellent time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams across various disciplines including civil engineering, architecture, and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement; ability to read schematics accurately for precise execution. Pay: $70,825.49 - $85,295.22 per year
