Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team at our Southampton location. This is a dedicated Hamptons BioMed position, managed directly by HBM leadership and operating within HBM's clinical and operational standards. You will work 2–3 days per week, Monday through Friday (flexible), alongside our NP/PA, front desk, and operations team to deliver consistent, high-quality care in a boutique integrative setting.
This is an opportunity to be part of a founding team at an exciting stage of growth, working at the intersection of functional medicine and high-end client care, with expansion planned to additional markets.
Job Description
Clinical
- Administer IV therapies including wellness infusions and medical IVs
- Review client IV intakes and pre-service health assessments
- Assist with peptide-related clinical support as directed by the supervising NP/PA or physician
- Follow HBM-specific clinical protocols and standing orders
- Ensure all contraindications and safety checks are completed prior to service delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked IV and clinical space
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA requirements
- Document all services administered through HBM's designated systems
- Follow HBM billing and scheduling workflows in Boulevard
Client Experience
- Provide a warm, professional, and attentive experience consistent with HBM's standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about services, protocols, and post-care guidance
- Collaborate with front desk to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow
Team & Operations
- Participate in HBM onboarding, clinical training, and ongoing education
- Follow HBM SOPs independently without reliance on external clinical guidance
- Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding supply needs, scheduling, and clinical updates
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State — required
- IV therapy experience required; integrative or functional medicine experience strongly preferred
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a boutique clinical environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
