Experienced Home Service Technicians Wanted
We're looking for motivated, dependable technicians who already have experience working in the home service industry.
If you've worked in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, roofing, pest control, pool service, painting, HVAC, exterior cleaning, or a similar trade, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Every day is different, but typical responsibilities include:
- Exterior residential window cleaning using professional water-fed pole systems
- Interior window cleaning
- Screen cleaning and detailing
- Gutter cleaning
- Occasional pressure washing and exterior home services
- Safe ladder use when needed
- Driving between residential job sites
- Providing outstanding customer service at every home
Most days you'll complete 1–4 jobs throughout the North Houston area while managing your own route and representing the Window Warriors brand.
Compensation
- Performance-based pay starting at 20% of every completed job
- Annual performance increases up to 24% commission
- Paid hands-on training
- Keep 100% of your tips when working solo

Most technicians earn approximately $25–$40+ per hour depending on production, efficiency, and tips.

Requirements
- Truck required (No exceptions)
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
- Comfortable occasionally working from ladders
- Able to lift and carry ladders and equipment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous experience in the home service industry is strongly preferred
