Essential Functions
Provide direct patient care in their home under the direction of the RN, family, and other caregivers.
- Health care experience preferred.
- Familiarity working with early dementia throughout the continuum of disease progression and changes that occur related to level of care needed.
- Ability to provide care that maintains and achieves quality of life which may include transportation to activities, events, and to restaurants or other venues.
- Provide input in the development of an individualized plan of care for the patient under the direction of RN, physician, and family.
- Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior.
- Promote effective working relations as part of the care team.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 -25 per hour
