We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Subcontracts Administrator to manage the lifecycle of subcontracts, by performing duties associated with sourcing materials, equipment, and services that support organizational efforts. Responsibilities of the Subcontracts Administrator include but are not limited to: researching and identifying subcontractor sources based on company needs, soliciting bids and proposals, evaluating proposals, writing cost/price analyses, negotiating with subcontractors and awarding subcontracts, monitoring subcontractor performance and progress, ensuring compliance with government and internal regulations and policies, overseeing subcontractor invoices and payments, and handling subcontractor modifications and resolving disputes and subcontractor close-outs.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
- 2-4 years of directly related, procurement, or contract management experience
- Familiarity with DoW contracts and associated requirements/guidance
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to secure a Federal Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC)
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)

- Proficiency with document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with technical writing, proposal development, pricing strategies, and research methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in records management
- Ability to interpret legal documents related to contracts and intellectual property law
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across diverse teams
