What YOU will do:
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have

Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
-
Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
-
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
-
Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
What You will bring:
-
2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience
-
Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)
-
Provide sale metrics
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
-
EPA Certification (Must Have)
