Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and text ensuring every client feels valued and heard
- Manage multiple avenues of customer queries to handle incoming opportunities promptly and professionally
- Utilize productivity software such as MacOS and Workiz to document customer interactions accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision using computer literacy skills to update records and maintain organized filing systems
- Support office management activities by coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company services to effectively communicate solutions and troubleshoot issues
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills
- Proficiency in MacOS along with familiarity with scheduling and data entry processes
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse client base
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with MacOS
