We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on job sites to ensure project completion.
- Execute heavy lifting as needed for the installation of large fixtures or materials.
- Engage in remodeling projects that require plumbing adjustments or installations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience on construction sites is preferred.
- Maintenance Person experience is beneficial for diverse project requirements.
