B asic Purpose: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Sales and Conference Services Managers and Director while being familiar with all aspects of the catering planning process.
Responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of small conferences / rooms-only group blocks, and select Entertainment groups within the hotel, coordinating logistics , and ensuring all client needs are met.
Collaborate with all departments to arrange meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, F&B services, and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process.
Create purchasing orders for the department.
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Planning Committee.
