THE OPPORTUNITY
The Delray Beach Club is looking for an experienced Part-Time Housekeeper.
THE ROLE
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Club’s main building and exterior pool bathrooms. This position supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Members, guests, and employees. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the Club, including the Dining Room, Grill Room, hallways, restrooms, employee lounge, pool bathrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
· Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, polish, scrub, and sanitize surfaces and floors as needed.
· Maintain cleanliness in vacant or low-traffic areas to ensure readiness for use.
· Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and toiletries as needed.
· Monitor supply levels and notify the department head when inventory is low.
· Report and properly secure any Member or guest items left behind and notify a supervisor promptly.
· Address minor housekeeping concerns when possible and report Member issues or complaints to management.
· Report maintenance concerns promptly to ensure Club standards and Member satisfaction are maintained.
· Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
· Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping or cleaning experience in a fast-paced environment required.
· Experience in a private club, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with Members, guests, and employees.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience required.
· Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or private club environments preferred.
