Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, a Customer Account Representative is responsible for assisting customers via phone and email throughout the order flow process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, outbound calls, and order entry
- Prepare status reports and other customer reports as requested
- Monitor customer orders throughout the order flow process, from order placement to shipment
- Respond to customer emails regarding the status of orders, general inquiries and order discrepancies
- Process Credits, Returns, or Damage/Destroy authorizations
- Maintain customer accounts and all relevant data
- Follow-up and return calls to customers as necessary
- Research and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of products
- Other projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently to drive results
- Exceptional customer service skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
