Description
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Bowling Manager to lead the daily operations of Predator Gaming Center at Dorado del Mar. This position is responsible for overseeing bowling center operations, supervising employees, driving sales, developing business opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, customer service, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bowling center and ensure outstanding guest service.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate employee schedules and daily work assignments.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer traffic.
- Promote leagues, tournaments, birthday parties, corporate events, and special promotions.
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and community groups to generate new business.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and daily financial reports.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of bowling lanes, scoring systems, arcade equipment, and facility assets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage operations to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, entertainment, family entertainment centers, restaurants, or similar operations.
- Experience supervising employees and managing daily operations.
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Experience coordinating events, leagues, tournaments, or promotional activities preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and operational reporting.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
