Financial Analyst
TFA Logistics is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help drive smarter business decisions across our growing transportation network. This role works closely with leadership to analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, improve reporting, and support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial reports, forecasts, and models
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Safety, Maintenance, Recruiting, and HR
- Improve reporting automation and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or operational finance experience
- Power BI experience
- Experience supporting multi-location operations
