Established South Florida construction/remodeling company seeking experienced independent sales representatives to help bring in new residential and commercial projects.
Ideal for individuals with experience in:
- Home improvement sales
- Roofing/construction sales

- Property management relationships
- Self-generated lead prospecting

You focus on:
- Generating your own leads/opportunities
- Building client relationships
- Bringing in qualified projects
Compensation:
- 10% commission on closed jobs
- 5% paid upon signed contract/deposit
- Remaining 5% paid once project begins/final payment is received
- Uncapped earning potential
- Flexible schedule
Projects include:
- Kitchen remodeling
- Bathroom remodeling
- Flooring
- Painting
- Interior/exterior renovations
- General construction work
Requirements:
- Must be able to self-source leads/opportunities
- Strong communication and people skills
- South Florida market knowledge preferred
- Construction/remodeling sales experience is a plus
