TITLE: Senior Workforce Management & HR Technology Analyst – UKG Workforce Management
LOCATION: West Jordan, Utah (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $40 and $52 per hour but may vary based on experience.

DURATION: Contract expected to last 9–12 months
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a Senior Workforce Management & HR Technology Analyst position supporting enterprise HR Technology initiatives.
This opportunity offers the chance to lead Workforce Management initiatives while partnering with HR and IT leadership to optimize HR technology platforms and improve workforce analytics. You'll play a key role in enhancing employee experience through technology, reporting, system optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the administration and optimization of UKG Workforce Management.
- Support HR technology platforms related to recruiting, compensation, performance, and employee development.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation efforts.
- Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations, security, and data governance.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic HR technology initiatives.
- 4–7 years of experience supporting HR systems, workforce management, or people analytics.
- Required experience with UKG Workforce Management.
- Experience with UKG Pro is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas.
- Experience working in an enterprise, cross-functional organization is ideal but not required.
- Previous experience supporting a multi-site or retail organization is ideal but not required.
