Job Title: On-Call Safety & Security Specialist

Reports To: Safety and Security Manager
Compensation: $ 26.00 Hourly
Patagonia is looking for an experienced, compassionate, highly motivated individual who is willing to work flexible shift s and assist in all areas of Safety & Security. What You’ll Do/Job Functions:
Responds to incidents of work-related injury, medical emergency, fire, threats, suspicious activity etc.
Experience You Bring/Job Requirements:
2+ years combined experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, community outreach, customer service and/or emergency response coordination.
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, other associates, or guests.
This position requires open availability to work 8 or 12 -hour shift s , Day, Swing and Graveyard, Monday- Friday and /or weekends .
