Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Manage client accounts efficiently using data entry skills and CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all client communications, ensuring a professional experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs, follow up on inquiries, and facilitate seamless service delivery
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or improved service offerings
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in outbound calling or call center environments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging clients confidently
- Proficiency with solid computer skills for data management
- Experience in customer support, client services, or customer care roles is preferred
- Knowledge of call center operations, phone/email etiquette, and customer service best practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Analysis skills to interpret client data and identify sales opportunities or service improvements
- Cash handling experience is a plus for processing payments or transactions when necessary
- Typing speed and accuracy support efficient documentation of client interactions
