Case Manager – Personal Injury (Bilingual Preferred)

We are hiring for a growing Boca Raton-based law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals injured due to the negligence of others. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Manager to join our Personal Injury team and serve as a key point of contact for our clients throughout the claims process.
Position Summary
The Case Manager will oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a personal injury law firm, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit and/or settlement stages
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatment updates
- Obtain and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the claim
- Assist attorneys in gathering evidence and preparing demand packages
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all outstanding matters
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the firm's case management system
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support throughout the legal process
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Case Manager or Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm
- Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and case management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused demeanor
Language Requirements
- Bilingual required: English and Spanish or English and Haitian Creole
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages
