Bartender/Server Duties include:
- Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and processing drink orders accurately.
- Adhere to health and sanitation standards, including proper storage and handling of alcohol and other ingredients.
- Server Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen and bar, and deliver orders promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or special requests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing supplies.
- Coordinate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or bar industry is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read and write, with proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and health regulations.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with beverage preparation and service techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
