Responsibilities
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients on proper contact lens care, eyewear options, and post-examination instructions.
- Manage inventory of optical supplies and assist with retail sales of eyewear products.
Experience
- Previous experience in an optometric or ophthalmology setting is not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are crucial.
