Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be KIND and responsible for managing customer accounts, facilitating the recovery processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, HONESTY and the ability to assess situations quickly with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution.
Duties
- Locating & recovering assets
- Maintaining detailed, accurate records of recovery actions
- Negotiating with borrowers to arrange for the return of assets, when possible
- Adhering to all state & federal regulations governing the repossession process
- Ensuring the safe & legal transportation of repossessed assets to storage lot
- Communicating effectively with other employees & law enforcement, when necessary
- Maintaining the condition & security of repossessed assets during transportation
- Providing exceptional customer service & maintaining professional demeanor at all times
- Current Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm
Qualifications
- Great attitude & great work ethic is a must!
- Previous experience in repossession industry is a PLUS, but we can always teach the right person
- Knowing how to back up trucks & trailers is a PLUS
- Excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Physical fitness, as this job can involve heavy lifting & some physical work
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills
- Be over the age of 23 (for insurance purposes)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all communications.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
