Responsibilities

- Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for efficient service
- Ensure timely service by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff during busy hours
- Follow all food handling procedures, including proper knife skills for slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling perishable items
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and meal assembly
