As the Associate Project Manager, you will assist Project Managers with:

Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and project-specific documents to establish project intent.

Developing and maintaining a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team, identifying time-sensitive installation requirements.

Managing the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
-
Reviewing plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.

Contracting of subcontractors.

Tracking resources and project progress.
-
Documenting project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.

Creating project-specific change-order opportunities.
-
Project-specific billing, collaborating with the Project Manager.

Project-specific close-out documentation.
-
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures, and report unsafe conditions and actions.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Project experience strongly preferred
-
Associate or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
-
3+ years of technical experience in the low voltage controls industry (HVAC and Fire Alarm systems)

The pay range for this position is $50,337 - $86,292 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
