At SRS, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team plays a pivotal role in our cybersecurity program by enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to enterprise and customer-facing systems.
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Staff Engineer – IAM to design, implement, support, and enhance the SRS Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform, delivering seamless, secure, and scalable customer authentication and authorization experiences. This role will be responsible for engineering, integrating, and optimizing CIAM and Identity Governance solutions across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with Customer IAM (CIAM) platforms such as Okta/Auth0, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra External ID, as well as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ (IIQ). This individual will partner with application teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to strengthen identity security, automate identity lifecycle processes, and improve customer and workforce access experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver execution excellence across commitments, strategic initiatives, and organizational objectives.

Design, implement, and support Customer IAM (CIAM) solutions for customer registration, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

Develop and enhance customer authentication journeys, adaptive authentication, MFA, and self-service account management capabilities.

Design, implement, and support SailPoint identity governance solutions, including provisioning, certification campaigns, access requests, and role management.

Automate identity-related processes, workflows, and integrations using scripting and APIs.

Collaborate with business and application teams to integrate CIAM and SailPoint capabilities into customer-facing and enterprise applications.

Implement identity security controls aligned with Zero Trust and cybersecurity best practices.

Monitor identity platforms to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security.

Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to identity governance and access management.

Contribute to the IAM strategic roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity Engineering, or a related discipline.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions such as Okta/Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra External ID.

3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ (IIQ).

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies

Experience integrating identity services with cloud and SaaS applications.

Experience developing APIs, automation, and identity integrations using Python, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working independently or within a team in a hybrid work environment
