Sitework Superintendent ($125k base)

Compensation: Up to $125k base salary (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sitework Superintendent to oversee excavation, site development, concrete, piping, and municipal projects in the Capital Region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Superintendent Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations on excavation, sitework, concrete, and utility projects.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and logistics to keep projects on track.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
- Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and site safety procedures.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in sitework, excavation, or civil construction.
- Proven leadership experience as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, piping, utilities, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and manage field operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary up to $125k annually, based on experience and qualifications.
