DSPs work closely with clients to implement care plans, assist with daily living activities, and foster a supportive environment.
Job Requirements
Must have prior experience working with adults with Intellectual Disabilities
· Must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
· Must be reliable, patient, friendly, kind, have a good sense of humor and be an out-of-the-box thinker.

Job Duties
Job duties are as follows:
- Overnight support
- Maintaining health and safety
- Assist with toileting
- Check in support with bathing
- Redirection with eating, stairs and phone usage
Job Perks
- · Pay rate $23.00 per hour
- · Bi-weekly pay checks with taxes taken out.
- · Training specific to the individual
Available Schedule
- Every Thursday 9:00pm - 5:00am Friday morning
- Every other Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm - 5:00am
