Remote Solar Appointment Setter / Call Center Agent
We are hiring experienced call center agents and appointment setters located in South America or Mexico to support growing solar and home-services campaigns.
Our team has more than 12 years of experience building and managing call center operations. We provide established systems, consistent lead flow, structured training, performance coaching, and ongoing management support.
This position is best suited for motivated, dependable professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and want the opportunity to increase their earnings and grow into larger roles.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments
- Follow established scripts and call processes
- Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English
- Previous call center or appointment-setting experience
- Solar or home-services experience strongly preferred
- Reliable computer and headset
- Dependable high-speed internet connection
- Backup internet option in case of an outage
- Quiet and professional home workspace
- Coachable, competitive, dependable, and results-driven
- Ability to work a consistent schedule
Schedule
This is a fully remote position. Specific working hours and schedule expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
