What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Monitor and document client conditions and report changes to supervisors
- Follow individualized care plans
- Support clients in recreational and meaningful activities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Behavioral Specialists and Behavioral Specialist Assistants, to ensure client well-being
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving or related experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and care teams
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
