As a Dishwasher - Kitchen Utility Worker, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. - Wash, dry, and store dishes. Follow established sanitation procedures to keep all dishware, cookware, and utensils clean and ready for use.
- Maintain a clean dish pit. Keep your work area organized, sanitary, and efficient throughout every shift.
- Support the kitchen team. Assist with clearing tables, setting up the dining area, and putting away stock as requested.
- Complete scheduled cleaning. Carry out daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning duties for kitchen equipment and surfaces.
- Handle waste removal. Remove garbage at the end of each shift and between meals as needed.
- Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing the job right
- Able to stay on your feet and keep moving throughout a busy kitchen shift
- A team player who follows instructions and communicates well with coworkers
- Current Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one, if required by your state)
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
