<ul><li>Lead and engage children (grades K&ndash;6) in structured activities</li>
<li>Supervise and schedule staff</li>
<li>Communicate with families and follow PA DHS regulations</li>
<li>Ensure safety, support social/emotional development</li>
<li>Indoor/outdoor supervision, behavioral guidance, progress monitoring</li><br>
</ul><p></p><h6 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b><b>:</b></h6>
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood, Elementary Ed., or related field</li>
<li>Experience working with children</li>
<li>Strong communication and organization skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift to 20 lbs., respond to emergencies, and complete required clearances</li>
<li>Complete required training as per DHS regulations</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
