We’re building a competitive, high-energy sales team and hiring both Entry-Level Sales Reps and Experienced MCA Closers / ISO Reps.
Commission-Only – Unlimited Growth
This is a commission-only role — designed for people who believe in their skills, want to grow, and are hungry to earn big based on performance. If you’re willing to hustle, your income potential is uncapped.
Two Paths to Success Entry-Level Sales (No Experience Required)
- Full training provided by top MCA closers
- Learn the business, master the process, and grow into a high-performing rep
- Earning Potential:
- 1st Year: $96,000 – $144,000+ ($8K–$12K/month)
- Top Performers: $600,000 – $1,000,000+ annually
Experienced MCA Closers / ISO Reps
- MCA experience REQUIRED (do not apply without it)
- Manage deal flow, build ISO/broker relationships, and close new business
- Handle renewals and repeat funding opportunities
- Earning Potential: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually (with no cap)
What We’re Looking For Entry-Level Candidates
- No MCA experience required — just ambition, drive, and hunger to succeed
- Coachable and eager to learn from top producers in the industry
- Some sales ability or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Competitive, motivated, and ready to put in the work to grow into a high-earning closer
- Open-minded and willing to follow proven systems and training
Experienced MCA Closers / ISO Reps
- Proven MCA sales success required — strong closer with industry knowledge
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets in Merchant Cash Advance
- Skilled at building relationships with ISOs, brokers, and business owners
- Confident, resourceful, and able to manage deal flow from start to funding
