About the Role
Our offices are known for delivering exceptional patient care with consistent five-star reviews across DFW. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant (Registered Dental Assistant preferred) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is more than a traditional assisting role, you’ll play a key part in clinical efficiency, patient experience, and supporting treatment acceptance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor during procedures while maintaining efficiency and patient comfort
- Take digital X-rays and chart accurately in Open Dental
- Keep the schedule on track by anticipating doctor needs
- Prepare and sterilize operatories in a high-production setting
- Educate patients on treatment, including Invisalign and restorative care
- Support case acceptance by building trust with patients
- Deliver excellent customer service for both adults and children
- Assist with front office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Reliable, organized, and proactive team player

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
