M&M Vending is a locally owned and operated vending route business serving Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. We run a growing route of machines across corporate offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and fitness centers. We're not a franchise and we're not a corporation — we're a small business built on reliability, hard work, and doing things the right way.

THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for servicing our vending machine route — restocking machines, collecting revenue, keeping machines clean and operational, and representing M&M Vending professionally at every location.
This is a hands-on physical role. You'll be loading product, driving between locations, and working independently the majority of the time. You'll receive full training on every machine and every location before you're ever on your own.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
— Service Day 1 (approx. 6 hours): Load vehicle at our storage facility, service Northern Kentucky route locations, return and document
— Service Day 2 (approx. 6 hours): Load vehicle, service Greater Cincinnati route locations, return and document
— Admin Day (approx. 2 hours): Inventory count, product ordering list prep, route documentation
— Flexible scheduling within Tuesday through Thursday window
— Occasional coverage if a machine needs attention outside your scheduled days (rare)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Reliable. This is the most important quality we hire for. Our locations count on us showing up every week without fail.
— Clean driving record and valid driver's license — required
— Reliable personal vehicle capable of carrying product (truck, SUV, or van preferred)
— Physical ability to load, carry, and stock product cases (30–50 lbs regularly)
— Friendly and professional — you'll interact with location managers and staff at every stop
— Trustworthy — you'll be handling cash and operating independently
— Detail-oriented — accurate inventory tracking and documentation matters
— Self-motivated — you manage your own time on the route

— $20.00 per hour — above market rate because we value good people
— Fixed 20 hours per week — predictable schedule and predictable income

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
— Experience in delivery, logistics, route driving, or service industry
— Familiarity with Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area roads
— Experience with vending machines or food service equipment
— Background in customer-facing roles
Pay: $18.00 per hour
