Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a diverse student population
- Serve a caseload of at least 40 students, spanning multiple school sites
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise to team decisions, and maintain accurate records
- Deliver therapy services exclusively onsite—virtual or remote options are not available
- Promote functional development and classroom participation, targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
