Spend your day working hands-on with dogs in a structured, well-run daycare environment.
We’re looking for someone reliable, observant, and comfortable managing group play — someone who genuinely understands dog behavior and enjoys being active throughout the day.
This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours and weekends off.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends off)
- Employment Type: Full-Time: Operating hours are 7 AM–6 PM. Various full-time 8-hour shifts available within those hours, including AM, PM, and swing shifts
- Location: Chelmsford, MA

Responsibilities:
- Check dogs in and out of daycare
- Supervise dogs in a fenced play yard
- Monitor group play and step in to prevent unsafe behavior
- Maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
- Clean play areas and remove waste throughout the day
- Ensure water stations are clean and full
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with dogs (daycare, kennel, training, or similar)
- Strong understanding of canine body language and behavior
- Ability to confidently manage multiple dogs at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Reliable transportation
