Responsibilities
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, and drainage systems
- Perform water heater repairs and replacements
- Clear drains and troubleshoot sewer and water line issues
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and repairs
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Must pass driving and criminal background checks
